Please take notice that under section 23 of the Public Works Act 1981, The Wellington City Council (``the council'') proposes to take under the Public Works Act 1981 that interest in the land as described in the Schedule (``the land''). 2. The land is required for road. The council intends to use the land for road. 3. The owners of the land and those persons with a registered and unregistered interest in it have been served with notice of the intention of the council to take the land and have the right to object to that. 4.
