Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of the whanau of Honehira Wio, Wetere Rauputu and Merepaea Rauputu. Schedule Taranaki Land District Area m Being 336 and 300 Part Ohura South K1, Section 2C2, being part of the land described in the partition order dated 13 March 1964, being all the land described on the plan held by the Maori Land Court contained in certificate of title D4/1180 (Taranaki Registry).
