Road Stopped in Waikato District Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that: (i) Area ``R'', now known as Section 20, S.O. 59700, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 678, folio 247, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 316046.2, South Auckland Land Registry. (ii) Area ``P'', now known as Section 18, S.O. 59700, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 833, folio 126, South Auckland Land Registry. (iii) Area ``Q'', now known as Section 19, S.O. 59700, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 833, folio 113, South Auckland Land Registry.
