Land Acquired for Addition to the Tunnel Hill Scenic Reserve, River Road (State Highway No. 43), Ruapehu District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for addition to the Tunnel Hill Scenic Reserve and shall vest in the Crown, subject to section 19 of the Reserves Act 1977, on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Taranaki Land District Ruapehu District Area Being 6.6874ha (16-2-04) Section 19, Block XV, Ohura Survey District, being part of the land in stopped road document 215283, coloured green on S.O. 9994.
