Code for Business Development Boards 1995, Amendment No. 1 Pursuant to section 7 (3) of the Business Development Boards Act 1991, I hereby give the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Code for Business Development Boards 1995, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read with and deemed part of the Code for Business Development Boards 1995* (referred to in this notice as the principal Code). (2) This notice shall come into effect on the 10th day of October 1996. 2. Amendment to Schedule The Schedule to the principal Code is hereby amended by revoking clause 8 and substituting the following clause: ``8 Where an appropriate training programme is not available in a region, the Board may contract with a provider to deliver a suitable programme. If the costs of running such a programme cannot be met in full by the fees paid by participants in that programme, the Board may assist by making a financial contribution.''
