Appointment of Deputy Additional Member of the High Court Pursuant to section 14 of the Land Valuation Proceedings Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint John Patrick Larmer registered valuer of New Plymouth, as a deputy additional member of the High Court to act as the deputy of Ian Wylie Lyall for the purpose of, and for such time as is necessary to enable the completion of, the proceedings under the said Act between Fletcher Challenge Forests Ltd, and The Valuer-General, together with any ancillary proceedings.
