Notice of Amendment of an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Garuda Indonesia, I have amended the International Air Service Licence held by that airline to increase its capacity entitlement between Indonesia and Auckland from up to 2 DC-10 return services per week, to up to 3 MD-11 return services per week, with effect from 29 October 1996.
