Consent to an Increase of Annual Fee Pursuant to section 610 of the Local Government Act 1974, I hereby consent to The Franklin District Council increasing the annual maximum uniform fee payable by the occupier of each dwelling unit within the community centre areas listed in the following Schedule from the present maximum of $22.50 per annum to $56.25 per annum, inclusive of G.S.T. In respect of all community centre areas, the specific fee for that area may be increased above $22.50 only where the respective community centre committee so resolves.
