The Lynmore School, Rotorua, Board of Trustees By-Election Extension Notice Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, under clause 9 (2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, I hereby extend the final date for receiving voting papers (and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (Trustee Elections) Regulations 1992) for the election of 3 parent representatives for the Lynmore School Board of Trustees. The poll shall now close on 2 August 1996. This action is being take because it has not been possible for all eligible voters to receive voting papers by the date originally notified, 19 July 1996.
