No. 266/96 Pursuant to section 117 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of April 1996, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows: 1. That the name of the practitioner Wayne Stuart Ross be struck off the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand. 2. That the practitioner is censured. 3. That the practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $5,000.00 towards the costs and expenses of the inquiry by this tribunal. 4. That the practitioner pay to the Wellington District Law Society the sum of $30,000.00 towards the costs and expenses of the inquiry by that society. 5.
