Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rawhitiroa Amendment Notice 1996 Pursuant to section 155 (8) of the Education Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, the Group Manager Implementation, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. The Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rawhitiroa 1994 Notice is hereby amended by the insertion of the following clause: 5a Constitution of the Board of Trustees (a) Five elected parent representatives (b) The principal (c) A staff representative (d) Not more than four persons co-opted by the Board. 2. Clause 5 of the notice entitled Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rawhitiroa 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 July 1994, No. 75, page 2414 is hereby revoked. 3.
