Notice of Intention to Seek Approval of the Minister of Energy to the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for Retrofit Heaters for Spa-Pool Installations 1996 (NZECP 52:1996) Pursuant to section 38 (2) (a) of the Electricity Act 1992 (``the Act''), I hereby give notice that I intend to apply, after 1 month from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, to the Minister of Energy for approval of the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for Retrofit Heaters for Spa-Pool Installations 1996 (NZECP 52:1996) (``the code''). The code was issued by me on the 15th day of May 1996, acting pursuant to section 36 of the Act. Comments are requested from any interested parties.
