Appointment of Temporary Judge of the High Court Pursuant to section 11 of the Judicature Act 1908, Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint His Honour Robert Lindsay Kerr, District Court Judge a temporary Judge of the High Court for a period of 3 months from the 1st day of February 1996.
