Neutral Breakbulk Services Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is hereby given that I, Stephen John Morrison, a member of Neutral Breakbulk Services Limited (``the company''), the registered office of which is at 42 Richard Pearse Drive, Mangere, Auckland, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland pursuant to section 293 of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act'') for the removal from the Register of the company. The grounds on which I intend to base my application are that: (a) The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts; and (b) No creditor has applied to the Court under section 211 of the Act for an order putting the company into liquidation. Unless written objection to the company's removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by Friday, 1 March 1996 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
