Wagyu Contracts (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 We, Peter Leslie Shaw and Richard Dale Agnew, liquidators of Wagyu Contracts (NZ) Limited, whose registered office is situated at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Fifth Floor, Bryant Trust Building, 127 Alexandra Street, Hamilton, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
