Notice of Proposal to Apply to the Registrar to Remove the Companies From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and in the matter of Challenge Rural Limited, Challenge Wool Limited, Challenge Horticulture Limited, Challenge Deer Limited and Southern Lakes Game Foods Limited, with their registered offices at Wrightson House, 14 Hartham House, Porirua, Wellington and Olympus Motors Limited, Encorp Services Limited, Mustang Investments Limited, Petrocorp Securities (NZ) Limited and Petrocorp Services Limited, with their registered offices at Fletcher Challenge House, 810 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland: Pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and subsequent to the liquidations of the above-named companies having been completed, I, Leonard Smith, business consultant of Pakuranga, as the liquidator, hereby gives notice that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal of the above companies from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended). Unless written objection is made to the District Registrar of Companies within 28 days of the publication of this notice, the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.
