Notice of Intention to Request Removal From the Register In the matter of section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act'') and in pursuance of section 295 (2) of the Act, and in the matter of Tangiwai Station Limited (``the company''), a duly incorporated company having its registered office care of Carr & Stanton, 117 Queen Street East, Hastings: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1955, the members of the company intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies at Napier, a request that the company be removed from the Register of Companies, on the grounds that at the date of such request the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Act. Any person wishing to object, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, to the removal of the company from the Register, must deliver to the Registrar of Companies at Napier an objection to the said removal in terms of section 296 of the Act not later than the 1st day of April 1996 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice).
