Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Sail City Upholstery Limited (in liquidation): Public notice is given that the liquidator has in compliance with section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents referred to in section 257 (i) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, thereby completing the liquidation of the above company, pursuant to section 249 of the Act.
