Woodhaven Builders Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 We, Thomas John Perry and Kieran Joseph Sweetman, joint liquidators of Woodhaven Builders Limited, whose registered office is situated at 116 Riccarton Road, Christchurch, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has now been completed in accordance with the Companies Act 1955 (as amended).
