Polynesian Airlines (Holdings) Limited Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Polynesian Airlines (Holdings) Limited, a company incorporated in Western Samoa, but having a place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease having a place of business in New Zealand as from the 17th day of October 1996.
