Hydroslides (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim On 28 October 1996, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Hydroslides (NZ) Limited be liquidated and that Grant Rae, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of October 1996. The liquidation is being done to restructure the affairs of the company and shareholders. That Monday, the 25th day of November 1996, is the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claims is established.
