Road Realignment in Otorohanga District Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton: (a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council. (b) Pursuant to section 119 declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken and that the said land, now known as Section 4, S.O. 53162, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 47C/533, South Auckland Land Registry.
