Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Otorohanga District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of September 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 September 1995, No. 99, page 3108, realigning road in Otorohanga District by deleting ``H. 966355.3'' from paragraph (c) (ii) and substituting ``H. 966355.4''.
