Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 22nd day of August 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 August 1995, No. 85, page 2439, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District by deleting ``subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 484975 and H. 075637'', from paragraph (b).
