Land Acquired for Limited Access Road, State Highway No. 3 at Urenui Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for a limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Taranaki Land District New Plymouth District 90 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. 1095, part land in certificate of title J1/62 and shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
