Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Otorohanga District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 3rd day of November 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 November 1995, No. 131, at page 4325, realigning road in Otorohanga District by deleting paragraph (c) and the Third Schedule therefrom.
