Public Notice of Intention to Take Land for Accessway 1. Please take notice that under section 23 of the Public Works Act 1981, The Wellington City Council (``the council'') proposes to take under the Public Works Act 1981, that interest in the land as described in the Schedule (``the land''). 2. The land is required for accessway. The land is formed as a pedestrian accessway and is used by the public for that purpose. 3. The owner of the land and those persons with a registered and unregistered interest in it have been served with notice of the council's intention to take the land and have the right to object to that. 4.
