Land Acquired for Conservation Purposes, Wanganui River Road, Ruapehu District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for conservation purposes and shall vest in the Crown, subject to the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
