Classification of Reserve, Declaration That an Area Form Part of the Kurow Cemetery Reserve, and Vesting of the Reserve in Waitaki District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby declares the land, described in Schedules 1 and 2 set out hereto, to be classified as local purpose (cemetery) reserve subject to the provisions of section 23 (1) of the said Act, and further declares the local purpose (cemetery) reserve described in Schedule 2 set out hereto, to form part of the Kurow Cemetery Reserve, and further vests the land described in Schedules 1 and 2 set out hereto, in The Waitaki District Council.
