Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Christchurch City Council on the 24th day of May 1995: ``That in exercise of its powers conferred in it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Christchurch City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the Act. Schedule All that parcel of land containing 1252 square metres or thereabouts, being part Lot 2, D.P. 9555, part of Rural Section 64, being all of the land contained in certificate of title 476/78.
