Land Acquired for Police and Public Safety Communications Purposes Orum Road, Clevedon Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for police and public safety communications purposes and and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Subject to the following fencing agreement: Fencing Agreement: The Crown may at its expense erect a fence on the boundary between the land in the Schedule and the land in certificate of title 9A/474, but shall only be required to do so if the land acquired by the Crown is to be grazed. Such fence shall be a 7 wire rural fence with one barbed wire (but no top rail) but if the owners adjoining land is not used for grazing, the fence may be of fewer wires but must still be suitable for forest protection from sheep grazing on the Crown's land. Schedule North Auckland Land District 9804 square metres, being part Allotment 27, Parish of Otau, Block XIII, Wairoa Survey District; marked ``A'' on S.O. 67881, which is held in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
