Amending a Notice Realigning Road (Napier/Taihape Road) in the Rangitikei District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of December 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 December 1994, No. 133 at page 4356, realigning a road (Napier/Taihape Road) in the Rangitikei District by: (a) Deleting from the Second Schedule of the notice the following area: m Being 400 Part 1O, Oruamatua Kaimananwa; marked ``BH'' on S.O. Plan 37241. (b) Adding to the body of the notice the following paragraph: ``(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 declares the piece of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped.'' (c) Adding the following Schedule to the notice: ``Third Schedule Wellington Land District Area m Adjoining or passing through 400 Part 1O, Oruamatua Kaimananwa; marked ``BH'' on S.O. Plan 37241.''
