Land Acquired for Road, Maratahu Street, New Plymouth Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Work Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette. Schedule Taranaki Land District New Plymouth Area m Being 42 Part Lot 2, D.P. 5306; being part certificates of title K1/323 and K1/324 marked ``A'' on S.O. 13455.
