Land Acquired for a State School and for Road in Tauranga District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a State School and shall vest in The Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Plan 60055, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton. Second Schedule South Auckland Land District 7639 square metres, situated in Block I, Te Tumu Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. S. 28514; as shown marked ``B'' on S.O.
