Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road and Road Stopped and Vested Waiomoko Road, Whangara Gisborne District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of November 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 1st day of December 1994, No. 130, page 3887, under the heading ``Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped and Vested Waiomoko Road, Whangara Gisborne District'' by substituting the mortgage No. 456641.1 in recital (b)i. with mortgage No. 187906.2 and including Encumbrance No. 87400 in recital (b)ii. together with Mortgage No. 199389.3 and also substituting R.
