Land in Thames-Coromandal District Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 25) Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 1187 square metres, situated in Block XIII, Whitianga Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. S. 66139; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
