Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreational and scenic reserve, to be known as Ahipara 72 Trust, for the common use and benefit of the owners and their descendants. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Blocks IV and VII, Ahipara Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 52.9633 Ahipara 72 being all the land contained in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 22 March 1912.
