Cancellation of the Vesting in The Rodney District Council Revesting in The Auckland Regional Council and the Existing Classification Confirmed Pursuant to section 237d (1) (a) of the Resource Management Act 1991 and to the consent given under seal of The Rodney District Council the vesting of that area of local purpose (esplanade) reserve described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby cancelled and re-vested in The Auckland Regional Council for a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977. Schedule North Auckland Land District 2.2430 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2 on D.P. 93661, being the residue of the land comprised and described in certificate of title 40C/858.
