Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register I intend to remove the companies named in this notice from the Register under section 293 of the Companies Act 1955. The grounds on which I propose to take this action are that the named companies have been put into liquidation and that no liquidator is acting or the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of this Act, have not been sent or delivered to the Registrar within 6 months after the liquidation of the company was completed. Objections to the removal of the named companies can be made under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955. An objection must be in writing and specify the ground relied on. Any such objections must be delivered to the District Registrar of Companies at New Plymouth no later than the 29th day of January 1996.
