Eildon Holdings Limited Notice of Intention to Remove From Register Take notice that it is intended to remove Eildon Holdings Limited (``the company'') having its registered office at Level 20, Majestic Centre, 100 Willis Street, Wellington from the Register held by the Registrar of Companies, Wellington, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1955, the company having ceased to carry on business, and discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and distributed surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association and with the Companies Act 1955.
