Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and in the matter of Valentine Construction Limited (in liquidation): I, Sari Hodgson, being the liquidator of Valentine Construction Limited (in liquidation), having its registered office at Suffolk Road, Stoke, Nelson, which is being wound up voluntarily, hereby give notice under section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Amendment Act 1993, of the intention to remove the company from the Register on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed, pursuant to section 321 (1) (a) of that Act.
