Marlboro Tobacco Company Limited Notice of Application for Removal From the Register Marlboro Tobacco Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 2329 Albert Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice of an application to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has fully discharged its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association, and with the Companies Act 1955.
