Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Scholefield Goodman & Sons (NZ) Limited (in liquidation): Public notice is given that the liquidator has in compliance with section 231 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, thereby completing the liquidation of the above company, pursuant to section 219 of the Act.
