Mutual Finance Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, Gary Richard Holton, the liquidator of the above-named company, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, for the removal of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at the First Floor, Challenge Properties House, 666 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that I have, as liquidator of the above-named company, sent to the Registrar, the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, in respect of the above-named company. Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent and delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 12th day of September 1995 (being the date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the above-named company from the Register.
