Correction to Notification of Ordinary Rules In the New Zealand Gazette issue of 21 September there was an error in the effective date when the notified rules would come into force. The notice should have read as follows: Pursuant to section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules set out in the Schedule hereto, which shall come into force on the 14th day of November 1995. Schedule Civil Aviation Rules Part 121 Subparts A and K: Fatigue of Flight Crew, Amendment 1, and Civil Aviation Rules Part 123 Subparts A and K: Fatigue of Flight Crew, Amendment 1 Amendment 1 to Part 123 has, in part, the effect of making it into Part 135 These ordinary rules are available for inspection and purchase at the head office of the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, 1 Market Grove (P.O.
