Notification of Ordinary Rules Pursuant to section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules set out in the Schedule hereto which shall come into force as stated in the Schedule. Schedule Civil Aviation Rules Part 21: Certification of Products and Parts. Subparts A, B, and H to come into force on 1 July 1995. Civil Aviation Rules Part 1: Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment number 4. To come into force 28 days after the date of this notification, except for the amendment to the definition of the term maximum certificated take-off weight which comes into force on 1 July 1995. Civil Aviation Rules Part 103: Microlight Aircraft Certification and Operating Rules, Amendment number 2. To come into force on 1 July 1995.
