Due to the rearrangement of the transport associations the Waikato Road Transport Association Incorporated wishes to liquidate. Accordingly on 21 July 1995, at a special general meeting of the Waikato Road Transport Association Incorporated it was resolved that the Waikato Road Transport Association Incorporated be liquidated and that Grant Mackintosh, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed as liquidator. These resolutions were confirmed at a subsequent meeting of the Waikato Road Transport Association Incorporated held on 8 September 1995. The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of September 1995.
