Showler Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator The Companies Act 1955 On the 30th day of June 1995, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, that Showler Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that Graeme George McDonald and Kerry Thomas Stotter of Auckland, chartered accountants, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
