Notice of Final Meeting of Company and Creditors Winding Up In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of McAlpine Helicopter Services Limited (in voluntary liquidation and creditors winding up): Take notice that in pursuance of section 291 of the above Act, the final general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Appleby & Burns, Fifth Floor, Union House, 32 Quay Street, Auckland on the 29th day of July 1994 at 10 a.m., for the purpose of laying before such meeting the account of the winding up of the above-named company and of giving any explanation thereof.
