Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of memorandum of lease B. 217585.3 (``the lease'') affecting the land specifically in certificate of title 54B/1261, but also the land in certificate of title 54B/1262, whereby Dianne Thexton, computer analyst of Auckland, is the lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register (among various other documents) a surrender of lease, without production of the lease; in terms of section 44, Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register the surrender of the lease and also the aforementioned various other documents upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
